Our fleet of yachts is ranging from 40 feet to 110 feet luxury yachts, and our rates are very competitive to other Yacht Chartering companies, we are very confident that our thoughtful details of service will help you enjoy a fantastic boating.
Charters under 2 days can only be booked on short notice, 3-5 days prior. If you want to book a boat for 4 or more days, we can take bookings months in advance. Some charters are booked up to a year in advance, depending on availability and the vessel popularity. If you are hoping to charter during our peak season—between June to September—we suggest booking at least three months in advance. If you’re booking within the month or short terms prior, please call our office, but availability may be limited.
Charter rates include only the vessel rental and insurance.The skippers, crews ,cruise consumption and other costs are not included.
Earliest departure time is 8:00 am .If you need a earlier departure, please call us for further details.
We will provide all the linens and towels for any charter of over night charter at cost for $50/cabin, towels are for $10/set, personal wash supplies are for $10/set
If you prefer to have all your provisions on the boat before you arrive there are couple of options for online ordering and delivery right to our boats. We are happy to place your order on the boat for you at cost $150-$300.
None of our boats will allow pets .Animal hair is particularly difficult to remove from boats and even a small trace affects allergy sufferers.
At the start of every charter, we perform a standard “Check in” that will familiarize you with the boat’s operating systems and safety equipment locations. This procedure typically takes under an hour.
At the end of every charter, we perform a standard “check out” that will inspect the visible lost and damage. After “check out”, we will schedule to do more bottom inspection and mechanical check by specific technique.
Our working time is from 8am-5pm. This means that the boat can launch after 9am on your first charter day and ends before 5pm on the last charter day.
Kind notes: Our coastal waters, though beautiful, are home to some strong currents and large tidal exchanges, as well as logs and other debris. For this reason, our insurance preludes night operations. As master of your vessel, please remember the stipulations of your charter contract, and be sure to plan your passages to safely arrive at your destination before sunset.
We will provide and check all standard safe equipment, and we prepare some daily necessities on board your vessel- a few essential items to ease you off the dock and into your charter. The kit contains dish towels and dish cloths, paper towels, garbage bags, marine toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, spray cleaner, a pot scrubber and a BBQ stove. If you want fishing tools , water sports kits and extra equipment, you can book the rental.
To confirm an advanced booking, we require 1/3 of the price as the booking deposit with the remaining 2/3 due 2 days prior to the charter start date.
Should you need to cancel your booking 90 days or more prior to the charter date we will refund all your payments except $350 plus applicable tax (12%) for administration fee. For cancellations 60-89 days prior to the charter date we charge a fee of 25% of the total charter cost. Cancellations in less than 60 days do not get refunded unless we are able to resell any or all of the dates. We offer a Rain Check option for when you are unable to fulfill the dates you have booked and want to reschedule them. Rebooking the dates will be subject to availability
All of our charter boats are covered by full liability insurance but as bareboat charters operated by customers or their hired crew we still require a damage deposit.
The damage deposit is fully refundable and will be returned within 7 business days after completion of your charter provided the boat is returned in satisfactory condition. The charter customers signing the charter contract are responsible for the boat while they have it, not your skipper or the instructor.
Most damage of the boat is obvious, such as: Gel coat scrapes, carpet stains, upholster damage, furniture break, obvious floor damage, lost items etc. We will charge from the damage deposit to repair or replace the damage or lost.
Prop Damage such as:
Slight Deflections – $200 will be charged against the damage deposit.
Major Deflections (log strikes or run aground) – Charterers will be responsible for towing, diver, haul-out costs and prop repair/replacement fee etc.
Yes! We will qualify your boating experience after I get your boating resume, if you are not training enough, we will recommend you to hire a qualified skipped to operate the vessel. And We have the training course to help your start boating.
No! Regarding on the boat insurance policy, the insurance needs to qualify the operators to operate the boats.
NO! Paradise Yacht Charters provide minimum charter from 4 hrs + Many of our customers go for weeks or even months. If you want to charter less than 4 hrs, please give us a call .
